Dialysis technicians operate
machines that remove waste and excess fluids from the blood of patients whose
kidneys can no longer carry out those functions. Dialysis technicians, hemodialysis
technicians, or nephrology technicians. They work under the supervisions of
physicians, primarily in hospitals and clinics.
