“To know what is right and not to do it is the worst cowardice.”
-Confucius

This quote has a odd particular meaning. What I believe it means is that if we don’t choose what’s to do what’s right and instead do what is acceptable then that there is being a coward.
College Athletes Choose The Right
A group of four college  football athletes went into a sport equipment store one night thinking that they we’re still open but little did they know that the store was closed but just appeared to be open due to the fact somebody forgot to turn off the lights and lock the front door. So these football players just walked in and instead of ransacking the place they we’re honest and decided to leave the money for the products they had taken. They even paid the tax. Later on the police and store owner tracked them down to  reward them with gifts.

My Summer

Over my summer I I bought myself a sexy Flying V Stagg Bass, joined a band, and partied hard! I went to plenty of shows to support the local Metal scene. I remember going to see my friends band Annihilation and just coming home the next day with blood and dirt all over. That night was worth it! Spent the whole night in the pit, the next day I went to a Punk gig for round two. Me, and a few friends started a band, Josh, Judas and Miguel. Due to Miguel being to busy we dropped him as a drummer then soon after we got a replacement drummer by the name of Pedro. Once we had gotten a dedicated drummer our guitarist Judas left because as it turns out he didn’t have any dedication at all. So I got my friend Jonny to play guitar and as a result we’ve finished writing two songs. We have plenty of riffs, bass lines, and lyrics but we have to put them all together in a way everybody will like them. Originally we we’re going to be Thrash but now we’re Crossover. Im gonna start up Miguel’s old Black Metal band named Abyss because the music material has a Melancholic sound. A lot of drama over this summer but overall I think it was worth it. I got my Iron Maiden ticket for September 13th. That day shall be a night to remember. Grill Em All in the morning then off to tail gate the Maiden show! Then the next day Grindcore Fest!

Summer Vacation

Over my summer vacation I got myself a beautiful Stagg Flying V long fret bass. The body is pretty heavy so it would be uncomfortable to play shows with it. I started a Thrash Metal band known as Lethal Terror, My good friend Josh is in vocals and rhythm guitar, Jonny is on lead guitar, Pedro on drums and me on bass. I pretty much spent all of my summer with my friends going to shows, partying and going to Hollywood. I got my ticket for Grindcore Fest next month. Only bad thing I can remember from my summer was losing my bullet belt at some Punk show. Later on this year my band shall release our demo, and I am soon to join a Black Metal band known as Abyss.

My opinions about the school

Another year of school work and laziness. I'm actually looking forward to my senior year at Marquez high school. My goal is to graduate. I don't plan on going to a university but i do plan on going to at least a community college, Not because i don't to continue my education further but just because i would like to go to Musicians Institute and learn to be a Guitar Technician. I do love how the teachers here at Marquez are trying to convince me to attend a university and how hard they tried to help me pass my classes during my junior year, I greatly appreciate that. The staff is great. School here can be so fun and easy as long as you don't act like a damn fool.
