First tip, you’re diet.
Second tip, avoid smoking.
Third tip, keep an active lifestyle.
Forth tip, maintain a healthy body weight.
Fifth tip, reduce your stress.

I’m gonna try to live a healthier lifestyle. Yes its fun to be Metal its also a lifestyle that affects your health and your life in general. I am in good health, mainly just sleep deprived but suffer from personal issues which can soon take their toll on my health.
